Travis builds on this repo failing, possible missing required vars

Hey @michaelrshannon

After testing the travis implementation at length and adding a bit to it in PR now.

It looks like all PR's to this repo are and have been failing according to the logs.
Would you mind setting an Ngrok auth token and other required vars to travis.
They should start passing there after.
