Unexpected behavior on "draft poll" page

In the "draft poll" page, there are a number of unexpected behaviors. Sometimes:

• The "ready" button is greyed out even though all necessary data has been entered. This can sometimes be fixed by changing the end date.
• The focus changes continuously and very fast between several option name fields without possibility to enter anything.
• When entering data in the last field currently displayed and pressing tab or return, the next field does not properly show up or does not receive focus correctly.

Hello @mensch72! In order to avoid bloating the PR with a different issue, I was thinking that the user should be able to delete an option if the poll is still in draft. Or is it expected that one should not be able to delete the options regardless if the poll is in draft or running.
