suggestion: piccolo ecosystem in README

Hi there.
I think it is a good idea to have a whole section in README for introducing the different tools in the ecosystem.
It would be much easier for newcomers to discover other aspects of the piccolo.

It's a good idea - the README needs a bit of an overhaul. As you say, to mention more about the wider ecosystem, as it's one of the main selling points.
