Deleted and Hidden Comments Count Towards Comment Total

Describe the bug
Deleted comments with their contents destroyed still count towards the number of comments shown to users, even though regular users cant see the comment

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Comment on an image
2. With moderator account, delete the comment
3. Delete Contents
4. Look at image with a non-moderator account

Expected behavior
The number counter for comments should show the same number as comments that are visible to users
