Problem with LDAP Plugin

Hello,
thank you for the plugin! Unfortunately, I’m running into an issue that I cannot resolve on my side.

The official osTicket LDAP plugin works without any problems. However, when I enter the same values into this plugin, I get the following logs:

I need to see an image of the config ... please sanitize the values before sending.
The logs does not give me enough.
