Issue with Auth and Sync

We are currently experiencing an issue where the plugin is only functioning partially. We have not yet created any users, but we have already created our agents. According to the logs, the agents are being synchronized as shown in the image. However, no users are being created or synchronized. It is also not possible to log in as an existing agent, as the error code “8 - Strong(er) authentication required” always appears.

The error is indicative of SSL issue but let me verify on my end and see if I can duplicate.

Do this for me do debugging in verbose mode and try to login and send me those logs information that would help me figure out the issue.
You can of course sanitized any personal information from it.

FYI it only syncs users that already exists in osticket it does not automatically create new users from AD unless a new user attempts to login for the first time.

I'm not sure if these logs are sufficient for you. If not, please let me know exactly what you need or how I can provide you with the information. I have now imported users via CSV file, but they are still not recognized. Only one user that I created normally seems to be recognized. However, I still cannot log in, either as a user or as an agent. Here are all the logs from the system logs and also the php request that was actually successful according to the logs.
