Can't login users without @domain.local

Hello,
Thanks for this plugin, I was able to configure everything and make it work but there is something that I'm missing.

I am working with a Windows Server 2008 R2 PDC, to which I bind with a dedicated user

When i login for the first time with an username (using the sAMAccountName, ie jon.doe), the user is created in osTicket, it also logs me inside the platform automatically.
When i logout of osTicket and try to log back in with that user, i can no longer authenticate with the sAMAccountName (jon.doe) but I have to use jon.doe@domain.local

For Agents that's not the case, i can login the first time with "jon.doe", the Agent is created, then i can keep authenticating with "jon.doe"

Is that a misconfiguration of the plugin?

Looking at it now actually ... its werid becasue I using the same version and all my users login with just the UserID

Do you have the logs for when you just use the username vs the UPN? Turn on debug and send me both.

Try using the newer version on Git and let me know if you encounter the same issue ... based on the screenshot its old.
