MLA-Copy (failed)

Hey everyone, so I am looking to incorporate multi-ldap in my work infrastructure and I keep running into the same issue. I have upgraded to 1.17 OSTicket Awesome, have updated the plugins to the newest ones and I still come up with the same error. I am looking for assistance on fixing this issue... Hoping philbertphotos sees this to get some direction as well. Here is what my issue shows...

I am pretty active fixing things try doing a manual copy of sync_mldap.php to the SCP folder.
What version of PHP are you running and is this a IIS environment?

PHP version is 8.0.23 and it is not an IIS environment.

I dont see how it would fail to copy unless there is a permission issue on your end somewhere, especially when freshly installed.

Okay so I got that issue figured out... Now I am getting a completely different issue... Any ideas? I am at a complete loss with this one

Fixed it forgot its no longer used in 1.17

smtp_active can be edited out of config.php or you can copy it from here.
