I think this is out of scope at this point.

I find the live updates of the hits very nice, in general.

The common phrase "Across detector screen" is meant to gently signify that the pattern is steady and that no more regular updates are going to some after that.

We could consider (maybe for next time) to indicate that

Something like: "Sufficient hits data collected. Hits continue to collect and intensify results."

Just an idea.
