Trying to enable for Axiom 61 2nd gen.

Hi, I'm trying to get this working for an Axiom 61 2nd gen, but no notes or events are coming through.

Here are what I'm assuming are the relevant settings:

It works as expected when added as a generic controller.

Any ideas? Thank you!
