Description of feature
When we added the sample_name feature in snvphylnfc we chose to swap the sample with sample_name in the output files. When we added the feature to arborviewnf (in this PR) we chose to keep both sample and sample_name in the Arborview output file. I believe that we should do the same for snvphylnfc too, for consistency.
