add arm64 Docker image

Thank you for your kind contribution! I was looking for a Docker image just to do the job.

But there is a tiny little problem, instead of an amd64 device, I want to use it on an arm64 device, so I wonder if it is possible to build an image for arm64 platform.

I suppose it won't be hard, I will try it myself right away.

Well, it turns out just by changing the Dockerfile line 7, amd64 into arm64 and build the image on an arm64 device works fine. lol
