[Bug] Issue stacking windows vertically

Plasma version: KDE Plasma 6.6.5
X11 / Wayland: Wayland

Description:

I don't know whether i'm missing something, but even after reassigning the Move window up/down shortcuts to Meta+Shift+W and S respectively, I cannot get windows to stack vertically at all. Is there a shortcut i'm missing?

Not sure if this is the missing bit, but you must first move a window into the same column as another, so they share it.

I fixed it by resetting all the keybindings. Now when moving windows left/right they stack vertically first before going to the next column. That didn't happen before, though I don't know why

I can never get them to tile vertically

Resetting all settings and keybindings won't work for me, but I can confirm setting karousel in a temporary user this works as expected. So not sure what I'm doing wrong.
