In code line no: 43, How the processing time selected is 37000 ms?

I am mentioning the code line below:

settings.msToProcess = 37000; %[ms]

Hi there,

According to the textbook, 37000ms is set to ensure all five 6-s subframes (30000ms in total) of the navigation message are taken care of.
