Port from icecharts origin/v1.1.x (primary source; fix its known webui/api bugs during port):
- streams (was IceStreams/playbooks): node-graph workflow engine, node catalog, 31 connectors, approval gates, + first-party internal-connector manifests for every module (elder.yaml pattern) + event triggers from elder:events:*
- flows (was IceFlows/cicd): git-bound stage pipelines, promotions, Darwin AI review (AI-gated), GitHub/GitLab webhooks
- runs (was IceRuns/functions): serverless FaaS, invoker as separate container, 7 runtimes, scoped module-API SDK
Map existing Redis Streams workers onto the Elder job bus; author missing SQLAlchemy schema (v1.1.x drift); unify ApprovalCenter across streams+flows. All Free tier; AI nodes follow Pro AI gating. Keep files <1000 lines (split oversized ported files).
