Use Log4J for God's sake! #2

Description

@pekalicious

Currently the entire project uses the awful JGoap.Logger class. That was a very dirty and quick implementation of a very basic logging mechanism. The fact is, BWAPI-JBridge already uses Log4j and it is already included into the project's classpath, so WHY THE HELL IS JGoap.Logger STILL IN USE??? For shame!
