Hadoop cluster version is 3.0.0. After the platform starts normally, the data cannot be updated. I keep refreshing /info, but Current TxID: X don't change.

Please check the NNA logs under /var/log/nn-analytics and post here what issues / Exceptions you are seeing.

Usually with cases like this it means that NNA is unable to talk to your Journal Nodes for some reason. It could be that you have not created a keytab / Kerberos credentials for your NNA instance. It could be that the configurations are not correct and are missing the QJM configuration properties.

Please check the logs and reply here with them.

I know it's been a long time -- but for anyone suffering this issue I did find that I had to make sure I had set a global shared edits configuration and not a per namespace / NameNode setting for it to work.

TLDR;
Set "dfs.namenode.shared.edits.dir" -- not "dfs.namenode.shared.edits.dir.<namespace>.<nn>"
