Support for TYPE_ON_KEYPRESS mode

Would you be interested in adding a TYPE_ON_KEYPRESS mode.

When enabled, let's with -k, commands are typed at the speed of real user typing any key on the keyboard.
That way, command typing would feel more natural.

As a user I would love that. The audience will think this is real speed typing with one hand while juggling balls with the other.
