As seen in the below screenshot, Particle IDE is looking in a double path. It's somehow using a C:\foo\bar\C:\foo\bar\firmware.bin pattern:

This is when trying to upload via OTA, using Particle IDE v1.19. Compiling on the cloud works fine, so this is an OTA issue only.
