Clean main branch

I already created an archive-ahm branch to save the state of this project used in the AHM project. We should move clean main from all the AHM specific configs/hacks and move future -> main in order to keep the progress.

Also, we need to update the README to reflect this

• Clean main
• Update Readme
• Add some docs related to where to find the version used for AHM
