[BUG] Stuck in a floor with door closed

Describe the bug

I'm stuck on a floor with door closed, can't interract with phone, and paper

Steps To Reproduce

Seems random, maybe not reproducible easily ?

1. Go to Day 4
2. Die and restart/continue
3. Go to floor 22 (because a person there in my case)
4. But miss to floor 21
5. Stuck

Expected Behavior

Not be locked.

the working theory is that this has to do with conflicting coroutines, since the phone hasn't made it all the way into the corner

we are working on a fix

it's looking like this bug is very difficult to replicate, may need to save this one for later since it seems pretty rare
