请问是什么原因呢。

原因是仓库的 SKILL.md 顶部 description: 写得太长，而且是 YAML 的 plain scalar，里面有 requests: ... 这种 冒号 + 空格，Vercel 的 npx skills 解析 frontmatter 时直接失败。它的错误文案很泛，最后显示成 “No skills found”。
我已经修了并合并到 GitHub main：
