# Pinned so that every environment - including ephemeral agent sandboxes that
# ship an older rustc - can build the bundled SQLite in `libsqlite3-sys`, whose
# build script uses the `cfg_select!` macro stabilised in Rust 1.95.0. On 1.94
# and earlier that build script fails outright, taking the whole test suite with
# it, which is why nightly pull requests have reported being unable to run
# `cargo test`. Bumping libsqlite3-sys to 0.38.2 does not help: it still uses
