how to import a playlist?

so yeah i usually use spotify but ive just downloaded liner on my mac (apple silicone, if that makes a difference) and im struggling with importing my playlists?
i cant really see a button or anything that could hint towards it, heres my main page

You should copy the url of the playlist first then Go to the saved/bookmark on the left then there should be a plus button at the bottom right of your screen. Then click the plus then paste the url in

Library → create playlist → Import playlist, then paste the playlist link (make sure the playlist is public).
