Date format for "recent events"

The date format displayed for recent events feels weird.

Personally, if I'm looking at data, I like to see something more akin to:

2023-09-06 14:03 BST

or similar — including the localised timezone (as I know the dates are already localised) — as this will greatly help international teams.

There's probably a standard for this and it would be great to find out what it is!
