Native federation v4 | RC9

[Aukevanoost]

RC9 marks another important chapter in the stabilization of NF v4. While most changes were bugfixes, a big change is that it is now possible to enable or disable code splitting (chunking) per external. This only works if you bundle the external separately. Secondly, the shared-mappings have been enhanced to fully support wildcards (glob patterns). Finally, the ESbuild adapter is now compatible with RC9 and can be used for non-Angular micro frontends.
