Formula-backed step.run recipe for pricing workflows?

Hi Inngest maintainers - I put together a small Inngest + Bilig WorkPaper proof for a pattern I keep running into in durable functions: keep business formulas in a reviewable workbook, mutate input cells inside step.run(), recalculate, verify readback, then persist the workbook JSON.

Why I think it may fit Inngest users:

• quote, pricing, and payout workflows often need durable retries plus auditable formulas
• the step output includes before/after/readback proof, not just a cached spreadsheet value
• no Excel, LibreOffice, or browser automation in the function path

I am not opening a docs PR blindly. Would a recipe like this belong in Inngest examples/docs, or is it better kept external?
