how to sert up english and korean as options for the gui?

I am trying Harmonikr due to I have a special person in my life who natively speaks Korean. But I natively speak English. I want to set up Harmonikr so I can select the GUI language to be either Korean (for my wife) or English (for me)
I do not read Korean very well. So the Korean interface I am lost. My wife does not understand computers - just make it work; thus she is no help.
I am a MX linux user (12 years) but this is my first go at a mint-ubuntu version. So I understand some things. Limited in terminal use but not afraid.

I don't use Harmonikr myself, but if the interface is showing up in Korean, it sounds like the system locale is probably set to Korean (most likely ko_KR.UTF-8).

So, if you just want the interface to be displayed in English, you could change the Harmonikr Linux locale to an English locale, such as en_GB.UTF-8 or en_US.UTF-8 ; change it back to ko_KR.UTF-8 for your wife after you finish all the settings necessary.

Also, you don't actually need to use Harmonikr to type Korean with nimf.
You can install nimf and the appropriate Korean fonts on your MX Linux system and keep the default locale set to English. That way, the entire interface will remain in English while you can still read and type Korean without any problems. That's how I use nimf on Arch Linux and Gentoo Linux.
