what is the difference between weblate.cloud and hosted.weblate.org? why former is unavailable in China but latter is available? is there any effort for better availability in China?

From our side, the only difference is the domain name; the infrastructure is the same (same DNS and hosting providers). Is there some general availability issue with .cloud domains there?

That should resolve to 168.119.26.111, so it looks like a DNS issue/filtering.

PS: This is just a redirect to weblate.org, we use this domain for customer services.

Hmm, I tried it at https://globalping.io/network-tools/dns-from-china (the first random site that claims DNS resolution in China), and it indeed is broken/filtered:

Three Chinese locations ended up with three different DNS responses:

weblate.cloud.		300	IN	A	108.160.165.139
weblate.cloud.		231	IN	A	128.242.240.155
weblate.cloud.		184	IN	A	108.160.162.104
