The onboarding experience on SkyTrade is smooth, and the visual cues and descriptions are helpful. However, two improvements could significantly enhance user confidence and reduce confusion for first-time users.
Clearer in-app support entry point
While the UI is intuitive, I didn’t immediately see a dedicated place for customer support. Adding a visible “Help,” “Support,” or “Contact” button inside the app (even if it links to documentation, Discord, or a ticket form) would give users a direct path for assistance and reduce support friction.
Real-time registration/claim status feedback
When I tried to claim an address, the site told me I was already registered. But moments later, I received an email stating the opposite. This can confuse users who don’t constantly check their inbox. Showing the correct registration/claim status immediately on the site would prevent misunderstandings and minimize repeated attempts or unnecessary support requests.
Both adjustments would strengthen trust, reduce support load, and make the onboarding journey even smoother.
