Feedback on Onboarding UX, Map Performance & Core Business Logic

1. The landing page has way too many CTAs -> this distracts the user and creates decision fatigue -> you should minimize them and focus on the primary action.
2. The page talks about claiming air rights and getting paid but lacks details on the "how" (where the money comes from, what we have to do) -> this vagueness gives off a scam vibe -> need to clarify the cash flow and KYC process explicitly.
3. The login asks for a phone number -> but I was able to log in without entering one.
4. I get the idea of the 3D map but the rendering is too slow -> the animation zooming out to space and back is unreasonable and just wastes time -> suggest using a standard satellite map instead.
5. Should add a request for user location -> auto-point to the current location when choosing air space and also when entering the rent air rights section.
6. Missing info on current laws regarding air rights monetization -> for example in Vietnam, vertical air rights are limited by height and you can't just rent space for drones freely -> need to address local regulations.
7. The lack of transparency combined with the 1 USDC fee to verify is unreasonable and hurts user motivation -> suggest allowing users to earn first, then pay the verify fee later or deduct it from their rental earnings.
8. Claiming air rights is currently too easy, KYC only checks the person, not their ownership of the land -> if claiming is this ambiguous, renters won't trust the system enough to pay -> this leads to a negative loop that hurts the business model.
