My experience with the platform if the following:

The earth animation could be set as an eternal loop.
When you first access the platform everything looks good but when you type a character to register the Air rights, it blinks.
Also, when registering , you get a message of the phone number needing to have more than 10 characters but I didn't add my number and it still let me access the platform, if this is a mandatory field we should fix it. 
Now, while trying to register air rights, at least for my country it doesn't show the street number, so it would be difficult to keep track of it.
I loved the availability display, and we could add 1 option that says: All Days (blue square as option), to avoid the user having to fill in the same info for each day; and an all days same availability (orange square) option here.

Also, we could add one more button in the facilities part: "Other" and immediately  show a text area to add the detail
We could improve in colors selection, almost no once could see the "What are air rights" pop up ton the top right of the screen.
