Is it possible for the models to trigger lorebook entries during first generation?

I tried it in various combinations, but it seems that lorebook entries seem to only trigger based on chat history, but that unfortunately leaves out the initially generated message and only fires after the second round, unless I personally mention the character by the key phrase.

This is somewhat problematic because I try to have a scenario character card with actual characters saved as lorebook entries. The names of the characters that I have entries for are part of the scenario card so that they can be generated, but if the initial generation does not trigger the lorebook entry, then the first generation might mess up their behavior, appearance, or topics.
