Ctrl+Enter to Send as an alternative to Press Enter to Send

I do not like Press Enter to Send, but I also don't really like having to use my mouse to click on send every time either.

I've been chatting with Prof Mari and she told me this was a feature but it just doesn't work.

Yep, this is a feature that does exist but seems to not work. We'll get it working in the refactor.
