All contributors must follow these rules:

1. Every Pull Request must use the prefix OSCG26_ in the PR title.
   Example: OSCG26_fix(parser): handle empty input

2. Before starting work on any feature, enhancement, or non-trivial update, you must first:

   -Open the general discussion and consult with mentors
   -Get the work approved and allotted by an admin

3. For adding any issues first discuss it with mentors & admin then let us raise it. Get yourself assigned on that. Start work

Pull Requests created without prior mentor discussion or admin allocation may be closed or redirected.
