Activation path:

1. Define explicit production contract in seed.yaml (package/endpoint) and add artifact output in CI workflows.
2. Add one command that publishes the metrics artifact and a matching install/run check to README.
3. Add periodic smoke-check and status endpoint verification to avoid hidden drift.
