Doesn't take the folder structure as the param to upload files (suitescript)

Bug description

When changing a Foldername directly under the suitescripts folder, this example it was 'dynappco'
changed it into 'Dynappco'

when in vscode using the suitecloud extension 'CMD + shift + P' the file is uploaded to netsuite

/SuiteScripts/dynappco/ubl-export/xxx_mr_ubl_export.js

in de terminal no issues, it uploads to the Dynappco folder
same with deploying with the extension

Steps To Reproduce

1. change a foldername directly under the suitescripts folder (halfway a project)
2. reupload objects
