Save yaml file with simulation parameters (duration, dt, even clock time of run) & update the generated image axes

This simulation info will be needed for properly displaying/converting the generated results, so load_data.py can use correct times for x axes in the generated image.

This info may be in the currently generated dat files, but I've not seen it...
