2026.4.1

  • NVDA 2026.1.1 compatibility.
  • Contributed translatability fix: f-strings changed to format strings. These were not originally supposed to make it into master.

  • Declared compatibility with NVDA 2026.1.

  • Added proper Windows version reporting.
  • Reset internal name to sayProductNameAndVersion, to avoid trouble with translations. Original change in 2026.1.4.

  • Bug fix release, followup of PR #3: fully restores NVDA 2017.3 support by ending use of @script. The decorator didn't become part of NVDA until 2018.3.

  • Luke Davis has taken over maintenance of the add-on.
  • Change of add-on identifier from "SayProductNameAndVersion" to "sayProductNameAndVersion", to align with other add-ons.
