Can you please help to create a feature branch with name feature/sq-2bit-4bit from main on k-NN repository
Additional information to support your request
I'd like to create this feature branch on upstream so we can merge each PR into it (rather than directly to main) as it's reviewed. This gives us a staging area where we can validate the full multi-bit SQ feature end-to-end before it hits main, and — just as important — a clean lever to skip the feature from the 3.8 release if it's not complete or ready in time.
When does this request need to be completed?
Pls do it asap. Need this for OpenSearch 3.8 release
