Enhancement: Auto generate the `OpenRemoteClient` via OpenRemote Manager OpenAPI spec

Currently the OpenRemoteClient is a manual/custom client implementation that communicates over HTTP with the OpenRemote Manager Rest API.

It makes sense to auto-generate this client and have a dedicated repository for it and publish the library to pypi.org

Documenting the issue as part of this repository, as it is the only active python repository.

I've played around a bit with openapi-generator in my spare time, resulting in the following: https://github.com/dominiquekleeven/openremote-openapi-client

Worth discussing how we want to approach libraries like this and whether we want a mono repo e.g. SDK repository.
