Documents import and export

• Import local text files and webpages
• Export notes to markdown files

• research the APIs we need to call for loading and converting the imported text files to markdown

For velotype, it uses gpui's dialogue for picking files:

should chunk_block be shared with documents import?

two entries:

• Access via the command bar. In this case, no parent blocks for the imported documents.
• Access via the right click context menu of a sidebar item. In this case, the single selected block becomes the parent block.
