WiFi and LAN debug working with the new protocol. It's not particularly smooth yet. But, mostly stable. The feature requires:

openmv/openmv#3205
openmv/openmv#3204
and micropython/micropython#19424
It works by using the protocol over TCP and then moving all bulk transfers over UDP, like the image data. Packet drops on UDP are just ignored. Like, if a frame is corrupted by a missing packet it's just not displayed.

Anyway, since this is gated on micropython needing a new feature, tabling it for now. But, it's definitely possible to get it working in the future.
