This button:
Either doesn't work OR has a significant delay, which makes it unusable as a user would expect this to work immediately. (E.g. they change it and then click refresh, and expect to see an update.) They can figure out from the fact that they have just made it available that the status shown is false, even post refresh, but it doesn't make for great UX.
