`gml:lowerConder` typo in `FeatureCollection-1.xml`

FeatureCollection-1.xml contains an obvious typo:

ets-gml32/src/test/resources/features/FeatureCollection-1.xml

<gml:lowerConder>48.43 -123.37</gml:lowerConder>

Thank you for reporting.
However, it seems that this test resources is not used in the Maven project. Thus, I propose to delete the file completely.
