Mapping to SSN/SOSA

The OMS-ST API route being clear it is also important to ensure that the same information can be exposed compliant to semanticweb practices.

so far, only a system made up of 2 subsystems seems the way to relate the sampling side to the observation one

Also need to keep in mind that there may be a strong link between what we want to observe and how we sample.

Example : if we want to do microbiological obs, we need a sterile empty vial. Or if we want to observe Arsenic we need to stabilize the sample with acid.
