On the View My Records page (/learner-record/), the program-level certificate correctly shows Earned, but the individual course certificate status within the same program remains Not Earned — even when the learner has a valid, issued course certificate. The course certificate status is not being updated or reflected accurately in the Learner Records UI.
Steps to reproduce
1 Enroll a user in a course that is part of a program.
2 Complete all course requirements so a course certificate is generated and issued.
3 Navigate to /learner-record/ → click View My Records.
4 Observe the certificate status for the individual course within the program record.
Expected behavior:
Course certificate status displays Earned once the certificate is issued.
Actual behavior:
Course certificate status displays Not Earned even though the certificate has been issued.
