[Feature-request] Add support for per-page quality information using meta tags

There are some niche ways of sharing helpful docs online, e.g. social media, instant-messaging, etc.

It'll be helpful if there is some helpful mini-information image+text to tell what the link is about. One of the accepted standards is OGP from Facebook but it's likely followed by most work instant messaging tools like Slack, Mattermost, Teams, etc.

It'd be great if there's a JS plugin to help with the same, so that devs don't have to write the <meta> tags by hand.
