The Deploy Docs workflow on main fails at Run actions/deploy-pages@v5 (deploy job). Recent failures: 2026-06-15, 2026-06-17 (on dependency-update commits). CI itself is green; only the Pages deploy fails. Surfaced during the v0.12 coordinated release pre-flight (does not block the PyPI release).
