hyperlinks and links are not handled properly in converted md

Bug

hyperlinks and links are not handled properly in converted md,when we see in rendered we dont see the hyperlinks or links where things are refered to different sections
you can use both attached docs to verify.
tables are also not mapped properly you can refer to openshift doc for both cases

Steps to reproduce

#start server in one terminal
opendataloader-pdf-hybrid --port 5002 --ocr-engine auto --enrich-formula --enrich-picture-description

opendataloader-pdf --hybrid docling-fast -f markdown --hybrid-mode full --use-struct-tree --table-method cluster --pages "6-23" --image-output external --image-dir Kubernetes_Deployment_Guide_v2.56/figures 'Kubernetes Deployment Guide v2.56.pdf'
